1. Program Description

REJUVENZ LLC ("REJUVENZ," "we," "us," "our") operates a low-volume, mixed-use SMS messaging program via YBdesk.com. By opting in, you consent to receive text messages including: customer service communications and responses to your inquiries, appointment, session, and scheduling information, business updates and service announcements, information about REJUVENZ LLC business activities, services, projects, and programs, and occasional promotional messages and special offers.

2. How to Participate

To opt in: Text DESK to (727) 591-5554, or submit an opt-in form at ybdesk.com.

To opt out: Text any of the following to (727) 591-5554: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, END, REVOKE, or OPTOUT. You will receive one final confirmation. No further messages will be sent.

To resubscribe after opting out: Text START or UNSTOP to (727) 591-5554. Note: after a STOP event, the keyword DESK alone will not restore messaging — you must use START or UNSTOP.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. We send messages based on your relationship and communications with us.

4. Rates and Charges

Message and data rates may apply. Standard wireless carrier rates apply. REJUVENZ LLC does not charge a separate fee for this program.

REJUVENZ LLC and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. No Condition of Purchase

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from REJUVENZ LLC.

7. Privacy

8. Limitation of Liability
